An epoxy self-leveling floor is a seamless polymer coating based on epoxy resin applied to a prepared concrete base. Unlike ordinary concrete it does not dust, does not absorb oils or chemicals, cleans easily and withstands high mechanical loads. That is why epoxy industrial floors are common in warehouses, parking lots, factories and logistics centers.
The cost depends on substrate condition, layer thickness, system type (dust-proofing, 1 mm, 2 mm and above) and site area. Concrete dust-proofing starts from $5/m², 1 mm epoxy coatings from $8/m², reinforced systems for aggressive environments from $14/m². We calculate the exact price after site inspection and measurements.
Pedestrian load is possible after 24 hours. Light equipment and forklifts are allowed after 3–5 days, full operation after 5–7 days. Timing depends on the chosen system and room temperature.
With the right system and operating conditions, an epoxy floor lasts on average 7–10 years or more. We tailor the coating to the load, chemistry and cleaning approach. We provide warranties up to 10 years in the contract.
